A varied and interesting brand new job opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join this rapidly growing top of the range electronic measurement devices company. The Candidate: The successful candidate for this role will be highly motivated, self-starting and proactive. Min requirements are: - Good mathematical ability - Drivers Licence - Ability to understand complex technical customer issues and problems. - Willing to travel overseas on a regular basis. Desirable: - A good Degree - Ideally have experience in highly technical support role, although graduates will be considered. - Experience developing and delivering training courses Other Benefits: - 27 days holiday! The Role: The Technical Support Engineer will provide product support and training for customers, representatives and other channel partners. This includes resolving customer problems, creating support documentation, demonstrating products, testing new products, developing application solutions and identifying opportunities for improved products and services. The role requires in-depth understanding of the functionality and use of the company's products and their applications, and requires frequent international travel.
