Salary on offer is between £55,000 - £60,000 and requires candidates to have at least 2-3+ Years of experience working as Service Desk Manager / Service Desk Support Manager or Desktop Support Manager. Candidates MUST have a solid permanent working background and have proven Service Desk / Desktop Support Management experience. This is a Mandatory requirement. You MUST also be ITIL Certified and have worked within a blue-chip, financial services or professional services environment.
