2nd Line Support Analyst - Hull £18,000 - £22.000 + Pension + Healthcare SQL Server, Support, Database, Helpdesk, Software This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their busy technical services team. The key to this role is customer service and hence you will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm and will have worked in a client facing environment before. The current vacancy is for an innovative technology company who are looking for a Support Engineer to provide efficient technical support. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client's business and how company software has been configured to support it - Understand and resolve issues raised by clients - Determine the appropriate resolution in a timely manner - Create SQL Scripts to implement a work around where applicable. - Providing high levels of IT Support to customers and colleagues Skills Required: - SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS - Understanding of various software's - Logical Problem Solver - A degree in a relevant subject is beneficial The company have an excellent reputation within their sector.
