3rd Line Support Engineer 6 months + extension £350 - £400p/d An exciting opportunity has risen for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a company based in North West London. The successful candidate will not only be supporting the internal international IT infrastructure and data centres, but will also be responsible for delivering IT project-based work within the organisation. You will be working in a mixed operating system environment on a variety of systems and technologies that are critical to the operation of the business and the delivery of projects and ongoing service to clients. Responsibilities required for 3rd Line Support Engineer: - Customer facing, service-orientated - technical support role, supporting internal users - 3rd line technical support - Hardware fault diagnosing, reporting issues/problems to hardware supplier - Support desktop engineers when required with rollout of workstations, and to provide assistance to desktop engineers when workload is high - Maintenance, upgrades and decommissioning Key Skills required for 3rd Line Support Engineer: - Windows server 2003 - 2012 r2 - Active Directory / Group Policy - Networking, including firewalls - VPN, MPLS, NAT VLANs - Cisco - Switches & Routers - Office 365 If you feel this is a suitable role and you would like to find out more, please contact Ellie or alternatively, apply through this advert. 3rd Line Support Engineer
