For a project at our client‘s site, an Insurance Company based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

IT Service Management Coordinator / Supporter (4782)The ideal candidate is the interface between the local and global IT Service Organizations and the business end user. This role coordinates all subjects related to the quarterly IT Service satisfaction survey between the global survey team, the local end users and the IT Service Organization.

Your Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-year experience within Service Management, preferably in a department like Service Desk/Order Desk/Incident ManagementKnowledge of Microsoft Office / Lotus Notes and Exchange- productsKnowledge of computer systems and the architecture behindAbility to deal safely with communications, hard- and softwareGood negotiation and communication skills in written and verbally in German and English. French and Italian is a big plusYour Responsibilities:

Design and advancement of service request fulfilment processes (employee new starter/transfer/leaver as well HW/SW/telephony/access orders) according to best practice following highest possible automation with the goal to achieve highest possible process qualityDesign and advancement of all required self-service tools and intranet support within the fulfilment processesSupports internal/external supplier and eliminates weak points and process errors to ensure delivery date, costs and quality can be fulfilledCreates diagnosis - check lists and Q&A‘sRuns analysis/reports End2End process viewAnalyses/controls level of supplier servicesSupports Problem ManagementSupports Knowledge ManagementAre you ready for a new challenge and available immediately in Zurich?
