Robert Half Office Team are currently looking to recruit for Pensions Administrators for our Client based in Central Bristol. Our Client is a successful Financial Services Organisation who are currently experiencing a period of growth and are now looking to add to their already established team. This is an immediately available role on a temporary to permanent basis. The Role As Pensions administrator you will provide an important role in the administration of Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPS), supporting Account Managers and Senior Management. Day to day Pensions administrators will be involved in administration of general enquiries, contributions, credit control and banking. You're main responsibilities will include but not be limited to; - Processing of clients instructions and any task activity accurately and to the service standards set by the Company, at all times maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating discretion. - Building good relationships with clients and business introducers. - Where relevant and appropriate, informing Account Managers, clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters or issues affecting their schemes and benefits relevant to each scheme especially actual or potential problems. - Ensuring that client deadlines, all internally agreed key performance indicators, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met. - To fulfil any other reasonable requirement of the department or Curtis Banks Ltd. - Proactively identifies risk within the department and escalates concerns to line manager.
