Telecoms Admin Helpdesk £21- £24,000 per annum For this role you will be working within a world leading hi tech company to provide telecom usage analysis and billing, customer service, and reports internally and to customer. This will also be involve troubleshooting of mobile service and dealing with customers & telecom service providers in Europe. Key accountabilities: Customer Service (Mobile admin helpdesk) You will help to support various issues related to mobile networks (Mobile connection, VoIP, Wi-Fi, Mobile device management etc.) Provide issuance of new mobile numbers, number porting, number disconnection/ cancellation, applying tariff change, etc. Process service orders from customer and keep updates and records. Billing: Produce and organise usage data from various sources in order to issue invoice to customers. Input data to create SAP invoices. Reporting: Produce monthly report (Mobile, VoIP, Wi-Fi etc.) for European customers. Skills & attributes: Essential - - Advanced Excel skills. - Strong analytical thinker and problem solver. Advantage - - Knowledge of mobile networks operations - not essential. - Knowledge of billing system and process - not essential. Experience: - Experience in data analysis in Excel, SAP system. - Experience working in customer service.
