Description - To ensure delivery of an efficient and effective financial service to the business, its suppliers, and customers. - To accurately account for and maintain records for investment, new business, and treasury activities. - To take the lead on cash flow forecasting practices and support the production of the financial business plan. - Act as lead financial controller for new business activities including development, joint venture activity, commercial activities and other new initiatives; designing and maintaining the financial records and processes necessary to ensure these activities can be accurately accounted for, monitored, and forecast. Profile - Must be a fully qualified accountant. - Must be able to operate a complex set of operational processes relating to development accounting. - Experience of producing and presenting financial information and reports, to finance and non-finance staff. - Experience of designing and ensuring compliance with financial procedures and controls. - Must have experience of producing and presenting financial information and reports, to finance and non-finance staff - Must have experience of managing and developing staff. - Must have an understanding of investment appraisal techniques and understanding of factors affecting the performance of projects. Job Offer £48,000 - £55,000
