Assistant Marketing Manager
A fantasticopportunity has arisen within a very prestigious property managementorganisation. They are looking to recruit an Assistant Marketing Manager tojoin their growing London team.
Requirements:-You willhave previous Marketing experience and have a degree in Marketing.-Experiencewithin property -Ability towork across the full online marketing mix. -You willhave strong time management and organisational skills-Excellentverbal and written communication skills
Your key responsibilities willbe:-Managing thecompany website. This includes writing and uploading content to the website,writing press releases for ‘news’ section of the website and making sure thatall available property information is fully up to date. -Manage andwrite content for the Estate blog featuring the broad range of tenants andevents that are going on in the Noho area.-Managing theEstate’s social media accounts including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter andMailchimp. -Takephotographs of vacant properties and printing details to be distributed.-Respondingto enquiries on the website and via email. -Arrangeviewing in colleagues diaries (at busy times)-Assist incovering viewings of available properties.-Prepare aweekly financial report from a template in excel which will be distributed bythe Director of Marketing and Leasing.
