The Purpose Reporting to the Portfolio / Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for delivering best of breed Digital solutions, processes and systems for customers, both internal and external.You'll work closely with department heads and colleagues across Proposition, Operations, IT and Business Change teams and will be responsible for continually adding value to the business and, ultimately, their customers. The Responsibilities * Work with the Head of Change, Portfolio / Delivery Manager, SME's and Information Technology to deliver end-to-end Change outcomes through Inception, Discovery, Design, Build, Test and Deployment activities* Input into Business User Requirements, Functional Specifications and Business Cases that meet with the approval of the Executive Sponsor* Project manage delivery, including managing development, testing and implementation of IT and other divisions including communications, marketing and training* Ensure any Change is future-proofed to meet their Vision; challenge the requirements, apply common sense to prioritisation, and guide the business (incl. SME Lead) through the Change process* Plan, Design and Deploy considering at all times the Operational Adoption of such Change, minimising risk and maximising Benefit* Be a role model of company vision and behaviours through the delivery of all Change projects and take personal accountability for delivering Change that positively impacts their Customers The Person * Project Management, knowledge and problem solving skills to ensure sufficient expertise to anticipate, identify and manage risks in project delivery* Confident that you can project manage Change into the business in a way which constantly 'Surprises and Delights' colleagues and customers* Proven track record of pragmatic and robust delivery of complex and detail-oriented initiatives* Evidence of taking personal ownership that has seen you resolving issues and supporting others in solving their issues* Evidence of a well-developed ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats at all levels within business* Demonstrable experience delivering projects end to end, from Inception to BAU handover* Excellent management of stakeholders at Director and/or C-Level* Budget ownership over £250,000* Retail Banking Experience in particular cards or payments* Agile methodologies (High Advantageous) The Rewards In addition to fantastic career opportunity and progression there is an excellent benefits package including:Bonus (mix of personal and company performance)25 days' holiday (increasing to 30 days after 2 years)Medical InsurancePensionLife InsuranceChild care vouchersCycle to work SchemeIf this opportunity sounds like it's for you then please apply with your CV or call Tom Sillitto for a confidential conversation.
