IT Business Analyst The company:- A fast growing organisation with a genuine focus on personal and career development. The role:- The Business Analyst will join an established team responsible for projects to upgrade, change and configure core business applications to support a changing business. You will work with stakeholders from multiple business units in order to understand and translate business requirements into new software solutions and business processes. You will be responsible for running workshops, producing process diagrams, high level requirements and documentation to support the test phases of delivery. You'll need to be project focused and used to dealing with 3rd party providers. Ideally, you'll have experience across the following:- - Proven experience across a range of requirements gathering/elicitation techniques - Business Process Modelling - Project scoping/feasibility assessment - Supporting stakeholders with creating Business Cases - Functional and non-functional requirement gathering/elicitation - Strong MS Office suite skills - Business change management Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels are required.
