IT Helpdesk Analyst - 1st 2nd line support - Windows, Citrix, Active Directory, Reuters/Bloomberg 1st 2nd line Support IT Desktop Support Working within IT Support team of Commodity Trading organisation in London Previous experience of providing 1st 2nd line IT Support into a Financial Services Trading environment Must have first class communication skills and strong technical skills in the following: Windows 7, Windows 10 and MS Office 2010 Network troubleshooting Peripheral device troubleshooting (printers/scanners) Citrix Active Directory IP Telephony PC/Laptop hardware Incident Management processes Reuters/Bloomberg installations Microsoft Outlook/Exchange Other Desirable skills/competencies: Previous experience in a trading environment Video Conferencing facilities Understanding of ITIL Frameworks, DevOps and/or Agile environments £35k pro rata Fixed Term Contract - 3 months initial term
