Working for a digital marketing agency as a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the user base of an energetic and growing company, delivering world class service as part of a dynamic and highly motivated team. Salary and Benefits The Desktop Support Engineer will earn a competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 along with this you will be eligible for company bonus scheme: 12.5% and other excellent benefits. The Role The Desktop Support Engineer you will assure continuity of the computer desktop and laptop system for all users. You will answer calls on the Service Desk and provide technical assistance and advice to users on both existing and new services.
