A highly regarded and much admired premium FTSE Insurance brand is looking for a consumer Brand Campaign Manager to join their team to deliver on their growth strategy over the next 3 years. Working within their consumer product channel, the Brand Campaign Manager will ideally have marketing or brand experience in an Insurance or Financial Services environment. The Brand Campaign Manager will: - Be a Brand champion and amplify the clients brand positioning, brand narrative and brand guidelines across the business and across all marketing touch points. - Help plan and build the strategy for brand development, whilst working in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team to deliver successfully on brand KPIs both internally and externally. - Really understand the underlying motivations of customers/consumers to successfully create a brilliant path to the right brand story. - Plan and implement the brand internalisation strategy in collaboration with internal teams. - Own, manage and implement brand campaigns - Brief creative agencies (both in house or external) to bring the brand to life everyday consistently, through all touch points and all markets. - Organising filming, photoshoots, etc. - Coordinate marketing roadmaps with other internal stakeholders, including our media and digital teams to ensure that we have the right assets ready to go out at the right time. Experience and skills required A bit about you We're looking for someone who .. Some experience within the Insurance or Financial Services sector. Has a good track record (circa 4-7 years experience) of integrated marketing and delivering on brand objectives. - Is a strategic thinker, creative problem solver with proven analytical skills. - Has proven experience in understanding market trends, running research programmes and extracting customer insights to influence and direct marketing plans. - Has solid creative judgement with the ability to brief and manage creative agencies towards innovative and outstanding creation. - Is experienced in developing a strong brand identity and creative guidelines, someone who will act as a Brand Guardian and seamlessly roll these out across several touch points (including media) and markets
