Helpdesk Support - 1st Line / Call logging / Remedy My client is looking for someone to join their European helpdesk team. You will be supporting users on desktop issues and logging tickets for more complex issues. You will have worked with Remedy and supported Windows 7 / MS office and have experience adding users on Active Directory.
