SOFTWARE SUPPORT ANALYST - LONDON An exciting opportunity for a Support Analyst has arisen with one of my client resposible for providing software solutions for sustainability performance management. You will be responsible for the support and maintenance for the company's customers. You will be reporting directly to the EMEA Delivery Manager. Responsibilities (support & maintenance): * Follow up on maintenance of client software * Qualify and provide solutions to defects raised by clients * Provide rigorous and timely updates to client requests * Analyze technical feasibility, and propose solutions to meet customer requirements * Estimate changes requested by clients and manage enhancement requests * Develop, maintain and optimize the interactions between all the internal parties * Manage customer expectations throughout the support period * Develop a image of a service of great quality and value with clients * Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance relationship management As part of the role there will be occasional travel to France (1-2 times a year) for company and team events. You also be expected to visit clients on side when necessary (1-2 times a year).
