The Purpose of the Role

·Responsible for the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from inception to end results by understanding the segment teams needs and ensuring alignment with regional sales objectives

·Plan, organise, develop and execute marketing programs, industry events, customer meetings and other activities to generate qualified opportunities and drive sales

·Work with the other marketing teams and agencies to create effective marketing campaigns

·Manage the Marketing program budget and vendor contracts

·Track program results, measure program success, and report metrics

·Manage the Regional Marketing calendar and align with other marketing programs

·Coordinate and work with local telemarketing teams

·Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new regional opportunities

What Knowledge and Experience they need from you

·MBA in marketing / Communication (preferred)

·Minimum of 8-10 years of experience with at least 3 – 5 years of B2B marketing experience ideally with an enterprise marketing background

·Proven track record of successfully partnering with segment and sales management

·Experience with developing integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns

·Experience with industry C-level events and CIO roundtables for enterprise customers

·Experience with sales and marketing automation systems ideally salesforce

·Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative and analytical

·Excellent oral and written communication skills

·Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

·Strong team player with a positive attitude
