An award winning luxury travel company are seeking an experienced CRM Executive in managing and implementing all direct marketing to consumers and travel agents creating superb campaigns. Said CRM Executive must already have successful proven results in engaging email marketing campaigns. Experience in the Travel sector or relatable sector is definitely a plus.

CRM Executive will hit the ground running aiding the Marketing Manager on email campaign strategy and implementation working with Adobe Dreamweaver, Pure 360 and Faststats.

Responsibilities:
  • Help manage and implement the annual direct marketing strategy for email and print using campaign management software (Peoplestage), working closely with key stakeholders around the business including the Contracting and Trading teams.
  • Create best-in-class consumer and travel agent emails with basic editing in Adobe Dreamweaver and dispatch through our email service provider (ESP), Pure360.
  • Using Faststats and working closely with our data agency, create selections to send highly targeted email campaigns.
  • Manage processes for data handling, including subscription requests and opt-outs to ensure compliance with data regulation.
  • Co-ordinate with other members of the Marketing & Digital team to drive unified and integrated campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end production of reoccurring DM activity, such as booking anniversary mailings and brochure inserts.
  • Liaise with partners for obtaining sign off on advertising within communications.
  • Suggesting and applying opportunities to enhance data capture and for optimisation of email and direct mail campaigns.
  • Help develop and implement a dynamic and personalised email strategy relevant to each customer with the use of campaign management software (Peoplestage), our Single Customer View (SCV) Faststats and an integrated ESP (Pure360). Including the creation of automated trigger emails using dynamic content.
  • Work closely with the in-house copywriter and product teams to develop engaging content for email and working with the Marketing Manager – CRM to structure the yearly email schedule.
  • To coordinate data capture solutions for retail and external events, for example supplying ipads for wedding show data captured.

Essential Requirements:
  • HTML skills for editing content in predefined templates
  • Use of an ESP for email management and despatch
  • Excellent PC skills – use of Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Familiar with data analysis software (Faststats or similar)
  • Photoshop for resizing imagery for emails
  • Reasonable experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagement
  • Experience and proven results in creating engaging email marketing campaigns
