A fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled IT Managed services engineer has become available within a truly innovative business. Key tasks *1st /2nd Line triage of IT issues for Server and Storage Hardware *Managing Customer calls and logging on to the Call Management System(ICCM) *Managing, co-ordinating and monitoring part requests *Ensuring contractual SLAs are met at all times and escalated where appropriate both internally and with Customers *Driving 3rd Party Sub contractors in order to manage and meet SLAs *Co-ordinating Engineers attendance to calls and informing Field Engineering Manager where required *Arranging Hardware collections *Replenishing kit for Field Engineers *Participate in Scheduling of engineers After a training period there will be a requirement to join an out of hours rota. This role offers exciting progression as well as access to the latest technologies.
