To provide co-ordination and support of technical training activities, scheduling and communicating organisation wide training programmes and ensuring appropriate systems are in place to track and evaluate training.

Not for profit organisation in Birmingham City Centre


Deal with all internal and external communications, relating to the scheduling of training activities.

Build relationships with key contacts to include third party suppliers and venues to schedule and co-ordinate training.

Suggest improvements to scheduling and administrative processes.

Provide pre-event administrative support to trainers.

Create and maintain training courses and events using PS Enterprise.

Maintain accurate and up to date records of staff that require and have completed training.

Facilitate the administration of evaluations, and where required analyse the data and produce reports.

Be an ambassador by providing a professional face for the technical training function

Provide administrative support for the training team.


Must have excellent organisational skills

Must be able to work to tight deadlines

Must be able to communicate effectively

Must be able to build effective stakeholder relationships

Must have strong IT skills to include an intermediate level of Excel

Ideally will have done a similar training coordination role

Job Offer

35 hours per week - City Centre location - Close to train station - 3 month contract
