My client, a legal top 500 firm is looking to recruit a conveyancing secretary to assist the conveyancing team.
The ideal candidate will understand the role of a legal secretary but will also have a sound knowledge of the conveyancing process. If you have had some legal experience as a paralegal and you feel you would be more suited to a Conveyancing Secretary role then we want to hear from you!
There are some unique progression opportunities for the right candidate, you just have to be hungry to learn and show real enthusiasm towards your work.
-Supporting the senior associate and trainee conveyancers
-Providing day to day support to the Residential Conveyancing team to enable them to operate efficiently
-Dealing with all client and customer needs either face to face or on the phone.
-Scanning & photocopying of relevant documentation
-Preparing mail to both client and customers to ensure communication is efficient
