We are currently recruiting Case Handlers to work in one of our Contact Centres based near Southampton Airport Parkway. Start date: 6th November 2017 for a minimum of 12 months Location: HSBC House, Mitchell Way, Southampton International Airport, Southampton, SO18 2XU. Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week on the following shift pattern: Week 1 7am to 2pm, Week 2 2.15pm to 9.15pm As a PPI Case Handler you will work within a team to provide a customer driven service resolving complaints of the mis-selling of Payment Protection Insurance (PPI). In addition, the further response team will also look at complaints that have already been investigated and responded to, however the customer has contacted HSBC again as they're unhappy with the original decision. Your duties & responsibilities: - Working towards targets in order to investigate and assess written complaints from customers regarding the miss-selling of PPI - Reviewing decisions against an Enhanced Decision Making policy - Liaising with the FOS and customer via the telephone to gather further information in order to fully assess the claim - Completing free format letters and respond to queries raised by customers, CMCs and the FOS This role will suit you if you can demonstrate the following: - Excellent decision making skills - Excellent problem solving skills - High quality attention to detail - Ability to use Microsoft Office packages and learn a variety of computer systems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
