Senior Business Analyst (Ecommerce / Digital / Retail / CX) x 5 Urgent required to join a global consultancy recruiting for one of their end clients for a Senior Business Analyst who has a strong background in the Digital/Ecommerce industries to undertake a key role work with clientele on large scale digital / ecommerce / customer experience (CX) projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Undertake enterprise sized consultancy projects based onsite with clientele
  • Act as a SME and analyst / consultant to elicit, gather and understand customer needs and requirements
  • Analyze, document and translate requirements into functional requirements
  • Help clientele understand best mix of technologies, design solutions and services and how they can be implemented to maximize effectiveness
  • Collaborate with colleagues, clients and 3rd part suppliers adapting your communication to meet business demands
  • Provide consultative support / presales when needed in digital engagements
Required Skills
  • Solid background as a Business Analyst or Consultant in Digital, Ecommerce or Retail areas
  • Previous End to End delivery experience
  • Able to ascertain and understand high level business ideas and translate them into user stories to assist in service design and delivery
  • Able to present, gather requirements, workshops to key stakeholders
  • Strong Agile Mindset with strong familiarity o other methodologies
  • Previous expertise in client engagement and client management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work from client sites
  • Bachelors Degree
Desired Skills
  • Any expertise with SAP Hybris, Oracle Ecommerce (ATG), Sitecore AEM, Demandware, EpiServer or completive technologies would be advantageous
  • Any expertise in Large scale Customer Facing Digital Transformation, Customer Experience Technologies (CX), Online and Omni Channel Retail or Ecommerce would be desirable
  • Product Development or Product Ownership
  • Mentor and develop junior BA’s
