2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Server, VMware, Bloomberg, TCP/IP) £40,000-£45,000

A leading Asset Management firm are looking to hire a highly talented 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join their rapidly expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical support engineer to join a company where you will be exposed to cutting edge technology in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

In this role as 2nd/3rd Support Engineer you will be providing support to all of the users/systems, resolving support requests and incidents in order to satisfy user satisfaction. You will be assisting all users with IT incidents, recording updating and documenting requests as well as troubleshooting and resolving incidents for servers, workstations, printers, applications, systems etc.

In order to be considered for the role of 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer the following skills will be required;

- Strong exposure to desktop/trade support within financial services

- Windows 7 experience

- Market Data application exposure (Bloomberg, Reuters, Fidessa, Factset etc)

- Active Directory exposure

- Networking experience (patching, TCP/IP etc)
