Product Manager required from Digital Product Management background with full software product lifecycle background and the metrics to prove it, to be plus a passion for data driven approaches, who is used to understanding sectors, user behaviour, navigating data across market problems, split trails and capturing feedback working closely with clients is required by software house in West Suffolk to be a product champion providing game changing transformation of their B2B software systems with a Lean / Agile environment. Commutable from areas of Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, North Essex such as Cambridge, Bishop Stortford, Saffron Waldon, Bury St Edmunds, Northern Essex such as Colchester, Halstead, Sudbury etc Key skills required as Product Manager would include - You're an experienced software centric Product Manager who has successfully managed the full product lifecycle, having clear success metrics to show for it - You are Data Driven. You embrace Data in all you do and navigate data across market problems, sales results, sector innovation and user behaviour - You are comfortable conducting split trials & capturing feedback to evolve products - You understand the need for commercial success through product innovation - You've experience solving big, hairy commercial or product problems and communicating tough decisions and approaches to the wider business - You've worked in fast paced and demanding environments and can live and breathe 'lean' product development, continuously delivering business value - Forward and innovative thinking comes natural to you, you are always curious and looking for new problems to solve - Embraces an open honest culture of continuous improvement - Is a self-starter who comes to work with their sleeves already rolled up Key responsibilities as a Product Manager would include - Be the ultimate 'product champion' - you'll drive the company's product vision, strategy and roadmap so that everyone in the business is clear about our product direction and value delivered - You'll establish, own and report the data which best measures product success - You will own the product roadmap to help us deliver business and customer value on a continuous basis, resulting in consistent flow of great products and services for our customers and partners - You will define key features, product marketing, launch plans and sales collateral - Has been successful so far and has the product skills to make a difference - Takes responsibility - Is a change agent to support others in the company undergo digital transformation This is an outstanding chance to own a game-changing digital product in the health sector providing a real difference to those who need it.
