This Global Industry Leader of Special Purpose Equipment in Nottingham, are looking for a Process Engineer to work on a 6 month contact. Experience of working within Engineering Manufacturing, you must have a good knowledge of Process Engineering. This role is to assist the team during this busy period. Looking to pay an hourly rate of £30-35per hour working Monday to Friday We are shortlisting immediately for this position, so if you are interested, please ``apply now`` via the job board The Company:- Are a dynamic leader in a global industry, and have been established over 90 years Are a financially strong company, with worldwide customers Growing, established company employing approximately 3000 people Continual development of new products and new technologies Job Summary:- Lead and project manage and/or support a variety of manufacturing and supply chain deployment projects at internal and external partners, ensuring that the processes deployed are robust, efficient and properly documented. These could be new product introductions (NPI) or introducing / changing a new industrial process to an internal or external partner Responsible for effectively documentation of industrial files and processes including tooling and assets deployed globally Process engineering support activities for our internal and external partners, and for PE activity relating to the management of existing products, including displaying product and component experience, manufacturing and process skills Support the Process Engineering and SC team as required with process engineering or there activity: general project deployment, data analysis or integral process change management Manage, own and drive required Change Orders through company process Work closely and in partnership with other disciplines but in complete autonomy with other key supply chain departments Person Specification:- Manufacturing Engineer / Process Engineer / Production Engineer with Project Management and Project Planning skills Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes, logistics and supply chain activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build relationships quickly with suppliers Change order / engineering change process experience would be desirable Able to analyse and manage data SAP / ERP knowledge is desirable, as would be CAD experience Jenrick Engineering always has a wide range of contract and permanent engineering jobs available within the UK.
