Service Desk Analyst - Networks & Connectivity - London - £21,000 per annum Windows, Linux, Networks, CCNA, VPN, Customer Service, ITIL, Routing, Helpdesk, The Role A growing Network Service Provider in the City is looking for a new Service Desk professional with strong experience in customer service to join their growing team. You will responsible for dealing with a range of client queries as efficiently and as affectively as possible through different avenues, acting as 1st line support and escalating issues to 2nd/3rd line when needed. Additionally to providing world class customer service you will be expected to closely log and monitor all issues registered, tracking trends to best help the business.
