Product Owner x2, FinTech, Agile, London. We are looking for two Product Owners to join this extremely exciting FinTech start-up based in London, who have grown to 80 staff in under a year! They are setting up two new Scrum teams and as such need a Product Owner for each team. Both teams will be responsible for different feature production and release and are made up of a Tech Architect, 5 Software Engineers and the Product Owner (led of course by a Scrum Master). Element of Agile BA work will clearly be in effect although we are looking for very strong articulation and capturing of agile stories into Jira and Confluence, collaborative analysis and understanding of client implementation and converting business requirements into user stories. You will creating detailed user stories from epics and features, creating story standards and best practice definitions and supporting TDD and BDD in this. Of course you will maintain the Product backlog and work in very close collaboration with the Scrum Master. You will work closely with the CTO to research international markets from a Product perspective to help with the formulation and direction on the ongoing Product roadmap which is why an understanding of the Banking world/FinTech industry is so paramount. You will also be proposing, reviewing and executing the approval of working software supporting agreed stories within sprints to the CTO and learning & demonstrating platform features and capabilities to present to the CTO and other relevant stakeholders.
