Project Manager | Software Implementation Location: Central London Salary: £50-60k plus benefits Start: ASAP Key words: Project Manager, project management, PM, implementation manager, enterprise software implementation, PMI, Prince 2, PRINCE II, RAID, governance, MS Project, Mid-level Project Manager, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Foundation etc. My client are an enterprise software vendor & they are looking for a Project Manager to join their professional services division. You will be responsible for the delivery of a number of projects concurrently - projects will vary dramatically but will involve the implementation of market leading software to a blue-chip client base (clients include Whitbread, BP, NHS & many other household names). This will suit a mid-level PM but to succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences: - Previous experience in a Project Manager role in a software implementation environment. - Previous experience delivering software projects to external clients e.g. for a vendor, consultancy or systems integrator. - Experience implementing business applications - not just technical software. - Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies - ideally PRINCE2. - Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills up to a senior level. - Full project life-cycle experience. - Solid planning, financial management, governance, RAID, reporting & presentation skills. - A focus on taking your career to the next level. - MUST have bundles of energy & enthusiasm! Any certifications would be welcome e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP etc. Must be willing to travel to client sites as needed though typically this is not very often.
