2nd Line Support Analyst; up to £30k + benefits

2nd Line Support Analyst, paying up to £30k is required by an award winning global Law Firm at their offices in the Heart of London's business centre near Moorgate Station. The Company in London have a legal team that's 250 strong as they continue with their constant drive for excellence.

Working as part of a small team, the support Analyst will be part of the team which supports approx. 250 end users both remotely and at desk. As well as experience of the technology, you will have experience of dealing with prioritising requests, incidents and change control all within an ITIL environment.

The ideal IT Support Analyst will have experience (ideally 2 years) with the following technologies:
·Call Logging Systems
·Exchange 2010
·Lotus Notes
·AV and VC Conference Room support
·Windows Server 2008/2012 R2
·Windows 2010 / 2013
·Active Directory

An excellent personality and communication skills are essential as are excellent Customer Service skills.

The Firm have a salary of up to £30k and offer an excellent benefits package which includes overtime.
