Desktop Support Analyst - Bracknell Burns Sheehan are partnering with a leading IT Consulting and Systems Integrator for the hire of a Desktop Support Analyst who will be responsible for resolving issues around desktop and printing, whilst maintaining working relationships with appropriate suppliers. As a Desktop Support Analyst you will be expected to have at least 1 years' experience in a customer facing/support role in an IT environment, as well as having a firm understanding of IT systems, as you will be expected to resolve issues around desktop and printing whilst maintaining relationships with appropriate suppliers. The successful Desktop Support Analyst will possess excellent communication skills as well as having flexibility to travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate will be expected to support Customers in both an Office 365 and Domino environment, whilst developing skills around Microsoft windows client-server technologies. This role involves processing customer tickets and escalating them to the relevant teams, and also has exposure to Networking and Scripting/Automation.
