Application Support Analyst On Offer - 40k Basic Location - Central London Great opportunity to join a leading brand in the media space operating globally within their London office. Join a growing support team working with the biggest names in entertainment, media, general news and sports. Working alongside the Applications Manager, you will have a background in a broad range of business applications dealing with user enquiries. Sounds like an opportunity which is of interest? Responsibilities Dealing with enquiries from users daily, making improvements while being the face of the tech scene in the wider business Identification of opportunities, risks and issues that may arise in the application portfolio Creating relationships, maintaining relationships and building on existing relationships with suppliers Creative ideas to application configuration QA and UAT testing desirable Maintaining relationships with partners in the business, maximising benefits and improving on application usage Skills Proven experience working in media and digital advertising industry Proven experience in reporting tools Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop) SCCM Certified Administrator (ADM201) CRM Administration Proven 3rd line support in IT SaaS and PaaS technologies Proven experience managing 3rd party suppliers Oracle EBS Experience working in an ITIL environment Information If you are interested in this role, please click apply or call us on ************ Note that if this position is not quite right for you, please contact us to discuss other opportunities which you are interested in.
