A well-established law firm is looking to add an IT Technician / Trainer to their IT team to be based in London and help provide 1st/2nd line support to circa 200 users based there as well as train up new starters. Reporting into the Head of IT, this is a dual role which spans 1st and 2nd line support, with the opportunity to be involved in various projects, whilst also providing hands on IT training to internal users. Technical IT skills-wise you must have experience in: * Active Directory administration * Working with a Service Desk solution * Microsoft troubleshooting skills * Experience supporting Microsoft Office In terms of Training experience you'll ideally have experience in: * Organising and delivering induction training for new starters together with projects * Design and delivery of training courses of any new software to be rolled out by the firm. * Performing regular training needs analysis * Providing formal classroom training, desk-side training and workshops in all the firm's primary software * Promoting new software or changes to the system through various means Experience working in a legal practice in this capacity would be advantageous. Also desirable would be experience in: * Working in a Partnership environment * Supporting satellite offices * Remote Access Technologies (Citrix, VNC, LogMeIn and Team Viewer) This position is paying a salary of up to £35,000 + benefits and is based in a fantastic central London location.
