Customer Support Engineer Office based -EUR" West Sussex Salary dependant on experience but ranging from 40K to 45K. I have a fantastic opportunity for a well known established company within the electrical market; this could be the roll for you. 1st and 2nd level for discrete products including Controllers, Recorders, Power and Drive Products as well as third party Products. ï~ Logging of Customer Support issues in our Case Management tool, BFO ï~ Liaise with R&D to provide solutions to complex technical problems. ï~ Support for field service engineers operating in the field during working hours. ï~ Nominated non-support activities required by the Helpdesk Team Leader What do I need to have âEUR" Must be able to effectively communicate in the English language. ï~ Technical competence with excellent diagnostic and analytical skills. ï~ Ability to work calmly and logically in difficult conditions. ï~ Self motivated and good organisational skills. ï~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * ï~ Must have knowledge of industrial instrumentation. ï~ Confident when talking on the telephone with customers, sales people, and other related business contacts.
