Job Description: As a role you will be responsible for leading our team in the pursuit to meet the programs objective of quality, user centricity, cost and speed. In the spirit of delivering the best customer experience, you will be supported by Technology and Creative teams based on-site and offshore comprising of architects, analysts, designers, developers, managers, scrum masters etc. With this in mind, you must be adaptable in your management style and capable of communicating with people with variety of backgrounds and skill levels. Key to success in this role is establishing a successful relationship with the business stakeholders and internal stakeholders as well as the extended team. You will be the key driver to establish the context of a customer experience for all the associated partner teams to be successful of achieving a well-crafted customer experience. Collaboratively to achieve higher-level mission of putting our client digital services to be the most loved brand by the customers in the domain. We are looking for someone who : - Is a confidant voice of users - Loves to turn complexity in to simplicity - Can see a big picture and execute and plan for the smallest possible details - Passionate about delivering the best possible experience to users You will play a vital role in the following - A CX driven digital transformation program at all levels from business policies to technology platforms - Creating a new design system that will work across platform/channels - Helping decide product strategy and service strategy working alongside stakeholders - Developing and validating innovative, forward-looking conceptual design This role expects you to have - Proven leadership in Customer experience design domain along with significant experience in strategic UX planning and end to creative process - Work closely with product owners, developers, and other designers to develop products that meet the needs of the users - Carry out user research as needed, using methods such as usage analysis, surveys, interviews, and user testing to develop a deep understanding of user needs. Use this to inform design decisions and feed it back to product managers and the team. - You are able to plan and prototype concept designs that build on user insights, and validate them through usability testing or other appropriate methods. - Work with an Agile product team to develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for new products, and ensure they are validated with our users, properly implemented and bring the desired results. - Service design understanding is a big plus for this program You should bring: - Demonstrable experience in complex projects involving many different stakeholders - A strong portfolio demonstrating experience of creating designs that meet user needs, product requirements, and business goals. - A sound understanding of various digital channel and their respective Design needs and challenges - An ability to define simplest possible user journeys in the given context and bring your own skills and insights to sympathetically evolve it to develop new products and features. - Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision, Axure or similar tools. - Visual design ability to plan and deliver high-quality designs along with our Graphic experts - Hands on experience in a range of research methods including usability testing, interviews, and surveys. - The ability to understand user needs, think strategically about business opportunities, and develop designs that successfully marry the two. - Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript so you have a good idea how your designs will be built. - Experience working in an agile environment with product owners, business analysts and developers. - Prior experience of working in a large organization with different products, teams and stakeholders would be beneficial. - Ability to visualize and strategies a mature design pattern library.
