Product Support Specialist – Leading Gym Equipment Supplier

South England

I am now recruiting on behalf of a global fitness equipment supplier with a superb reputation for their product quality and innovation. An opportunity now existing in their Digital and Marketing team for a Product Support Specialist.

Role Overview:

To successfully plan, educate and support the delivery of fitness software applications into a range of clients across the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support, advice and planning to a variety of clients
  • Provide training on cloud applications to ensure client success (full training and coaching will be given)
  • Lead business model consultancy sessions for clients to ensure correct roadmap and planning (full training and coaching will be given)
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs as well as evaluate business solutions and models
  • Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organisation and objectives
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationship
  • Provide written report to sessions and review implementation periodically
  • Engage and brief team to ensure successful implementation of proposed plan
  • Review projects with the team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist clients to demonstrate a return on investment for the implementation of solutions
  • Manage the backlog and proposal list for effective planning
  • Attend monthly team meetings to provide overview of all projects
  • Support sales team with key client presentation as required
Profile Specification:

  • Experience in IT, digital, account management or fitness instruction, fitness operation setting would be advantageous
  • Would suit a digital native with interest in fitness, fitness professional with passion for tech or project manager/account manager with passion for fitness
  • High degree of travel with overnight stays – manage own set of customers/geographical remit
  • Strong communicator
  • Can adapt well to different audiences and handle objections
  • Good understanding of how a fitness centre runs i.e. member journey, retention etc
