Your new role
Supporting a small client group in London you will work in a stand alone remit to provide a fully generalist HR offering to the London office. This will include HR administration, running appraisals, managing recruitment, processing and checking payroll, submitting monthly pension reports as well as advising managers and staff on complex HR issues including disciplinary, grievance, bullying, harassment and sickness absence as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent. you will have proven HR experience of working at an advisory level within a financial services business. You will have experience in Sage Payroll software as well as experience in processing monthly auto-enrolement for pensions. You will be confident to work with senior individuals and manage expectations of managers as well as previous HR Advisory experience, knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures. You will be able to demonstrate you previous recruitment & payroll experience as well as a solid knowledge of UK Employment Law. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately.
