Modis are proud to be recruiting an IT Business Analyst for a financial services company based in Central Nottingham. The Role As a Business Analyst on this GDPR project you must be personable and meticulous with an eye for detail, ideally with experience of a GDPR or similar regulatory project under your belt. Experience of working in a financial services environment is not a pre-requisite for this role. You will work in a small but effective team to assess existing business processes and apply GDPR regulations to them. The successful contract Business Analyst will have a knack for eliciting requirements from workshops and interviews and be able to articulate them well on the page. You will conceptualise and map business processes in order to design functional models for the teams to work from. The Company This is a constantly growing organisation who work to very tight deadlines with no room for error so they require their contractors to be able to manage their own workload & to work autonomously whilst motivating & mobilising the project team. Location This role is based in Central Nottingham meaning that it is easily commutable via tram, bus or car from all over Nottinghamshire, parts of Leicestershire and Derbyshire & also via train from Birmingham New Street, Leicester, Derby, Grantham, Sheffield, Chesterfield etc. Unfortunately this client cannot allow home working but they can be flexible on start & finish times. Availability This is initially a 6 month contract that is likely to extend due to the scope of the project.
