An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Media Co-ordinator to join our client’s team based in Nottingham. You will be on a full time permanent basis and will be offered a competitive salary of £18,500 - £21,500 per annum dependent on experience.

About the Digital Media Co-ordinator role

Our client are seeking online media talent to help carry out their digital marketing activities. This is an exciting opportunity to help their students engage creatively online with their student audience. They are a youth organisation and wish to recruit someone who is nimble and proficient online who can develop excellent presence and engagement through their knowledge of their youth audience.

In this role you will oversee all aspects of the digital and social media marketing campaigns, plan, manage and create content across all digital and social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and blogs. You will work with internal and external teams to obtain necessary content, keep all parties abreast of campaign progress and ensure their consistency in tone of voice.

Skills needed to become their Digital Media Co-ordinator

- Ideally you will be from a social media or journalism background, having either studied it as part of your degree, as work experience or even be an online influencer yourself

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms

- An ability to research and produce high quality written material

- Create engaging videos

- Good analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines

They’re looking for someone who has a passion for digital media that manifests itself through self-teaching, exploring and bringing new ideas to the table.
