Service Desk Analyst This major financial institution are looking for a number of 1st Line Support Help desk Analysts to provide IT support within a Help desk environment based at Kegworth. This role will be primarily be fixing queries via remote instant messenger but may feature occasional call based queries. Primary functions of the role are help desk support, fixing first line requests and referring escalated issues to second and third line support areas This is an exciting opportunity to join an international company who offers an amazing training and structured pay scheme. On the completion of the training programme the pay will increase in regular intervals. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Service Desk with experience working in a strict SLA environment; you will also have excellent typing skills ensuring all messages to the customer are as accurate as possible.
