The HR Analytics Project Manager (HRA PM) will be accountable for defining, implementing and managing the strategic Analytics toolset. The HR Analytics tools acts as a consolidation and reporting platform for People data sourced from my client's transactional systems - the purpose of the platform is to provide powerful and intuitive dashboarding, metrics and reporting tools to end users (HR and Line Managers) as well as advanced analytics tools for the HR Analytics team. The platform currently consists of a SAP BW instance with Business Objects and Qlik as reporting layers. The BW technology no longer meets modern requirements in terms of speed, agility and user experience and it has been decided to migrate to Cloudera and leverage the analytics technologies which are part of the strategic offering e.g. Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, etc. The role will coordinate all functional aspects of the selection and implementation of these technologies, working closely with the HR Analytics GPO team to conduct these activities based on business requirements and to perform the migration of data and reports from the old to the new platform and build the new offering. Specific Accountabilities - Working with HR Analytics GPO, capture and translate business requirements for analytics solutions, considering the HR service delivery and experience strategies; - Manage all functional design activities for the agreed analytics solutions during the entire project lifecycle, including integration with data sources; Essential knowledge, experience & expertise: - Demonstrable experience of successfully leading and managing change and providing technology solutions to global organisations; - Significant experience in managing ongoing business engagement activities with a diverse stakeholder group with differing requirements; - Solid project management experience with the ability to create and manage comprehensive project plans; - Expert knowledge of technology trends and ability to keep informed about leading-edge technologies and their application to analytics; Essential domain experience: - Proven experience of managing large projects or operational delivery in the field of analytics and Big Data; - Proven experience of delivering advanced technology solutions enabling the delivery of predictive and prescriptive analytics; - Deep knowledge of data modelling and data transformation methodologies and tools; - Good knowledge of several of the following technologies: Business Objects, SAP Lumira, Cognos, TIBCO (Spotfire), SQL, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, R, SAS, Python, Workday Platfora, Cloudera, Informatica, Trifacta, Hive;
