c£50,000-£55,000 + 15% bonus + company car or car allowance + pension + some flexible working

Technically brilliant they have superb UK based NPD and manufacturing facilities and are now entering a period of commercial change to push the company forward and enhance their potential to grow profitably.

    The Role of Product Marketing Manager (Brand Manager): Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director you will be tasked to drive the company development and make a huge contribution to them realising ambitious growth plans. Working closely with a great group of people in production, account management and NPD teams you will aim to drive results by creating consumer driven product/segment strategies and be able to decide on all elements of the marketing mix.

    • Manage the full product portfolio across branded and private label
    • Work with account managers and NPD to find opportunities for high margin products and new emerging segments
    • Launch new brands and product ranges into high margin segments
    • Lead brand and product development processes
    • Own the brands (cradle to grave) and support all product activity by developing/implementing a coherent marketing communications strategy

    Requirements for the Product Marketing Manager (Brand Manager): Ideally you will have experience working within the FMCG retail sector or B2B product manufacturing market as a Brand Manager, Product manager or Marketing Manager.

    • Must have worked in a product based consumer goods or B2B company
    • Ideally have knowledge/experience of developing private label products
    • Previously identified market segments with high profit potential
    • Able to work within a close knit down to earth environment
    • Created consumer and customer value propositions
    • Worked with NPD, manufacturing and logistics to identify cost savings
    • Able to work within a close knit down to earth environment
    • Confident, proactive, highly organised professional
    • Can-do attitude, flexible nature, results orientated

    The Package for the Product Marketing Manager (Brand Manager):

    • £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary
    • Company Car or Car Allowance
    • Company bonus (up to 15%)
