UK Wide - SAP Project / Engagement Manager Who you'll be working with You will be a part of Capgemini's dynamic, market leading UK SAP Practice, joining as a SAP Project/Engagement Manager. You will work within a large team, who work with the latest technologies such as HANA, Cloud, Hybris, SuccessFactors and be able to grow your career within a consistently growing organization. The focus of your role SAP Project Manager experienced in the full project lifecycle from proposal response & contract scheduling to planning, mobilising, leading and execution of SAP and related software. What you'll do - Take responsibility for all aspects of project management; holding accountability for project delivery to cost, time and quality parameters - Develop client relationships at senior management level and influence at board level - Work with clients to assure the value delivered from the business transformations your projects enable and that clients achieve the benefits sought - Input and support into sales and pre-sales activity as required What you'll bring - Exemplar project management and engagement skills with experience of working within a true client facing consulting style environment - A track record of successful large scale SAP project delivery - Experience of working on high value projects exceeding £2m - Strong Communication skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels - Excellent people management and leadership experience; ability to lead and motivate multi disciplined teams to delivery success Additional Desirable Skills - Experience of SAP UI, HANA, Fiori, Hybris - Project Management of complementing software such as Success Factors, Maximo - Experience of working to on-shore, near-shire, off-shore models What we'll offer you Professional development.
