We're looking for a JavaScript Developer to come and join an established Ecommerce start-up based near Shoreditch and Old Street! We're a full-stack JavaScript house with Node on the BackEnd and React on the front with Redux, we want you to come in with the motivation to becoming a React master even though you aren't right now. You won't be working on websites but actual complex JavaScript Applications, you aren't likely to be offered this opportunity until later in your career normally but we believe in Internal Development for our team. During your time with us you'll be mentored by Developers who've made it possible for us to get where we are today. They're actively looking to mould the right applicant in our main Front-End Developer with the chance to learn NodeJS over time! Must Have: Worked with at least one JavaScript Framework (ReactJS, AngularJS, AureliaJS, EmberJS, BackboneJS) Worked with CSS Tools and or Libraries (SASS, LESS) A knowledge/ experience with ES6 features (ES5 acceptable) Ideally, you'd have: Worked with JavaScript build tools or task runners (Webpack, Grunt, Gulp) A knowledge/ experience of e2e testing or Unit Testing The drive to learn the latest and greatest in JavaScript The team you'll be joining are based close to Old Street in Shoreditch, London and is a real start-up environment with the support for the more Senior Developers, being coupled with a great atmosphere of non-Developers who want to get to know you. We don't want you to chuck you earphones in and code we want you to become a REAL part of the team and take ownership of the Front-End function, eventually having Junior JavaScript Engineers learning from you!
