Following a recent, high profile IPO this leading challenger Fintech brand has launched an exclusive search for a Head of CRM (Marketing) to own and develop the brand's CRM function for the UK, partnered closely with the US. With a mission to help change the lives of millions globally by providing innovative and transparent products for consumers, you will lead a team responsible for defining the CRM and customer strategy across the business, collaborating with other specialist marketers and analysts as well as a brand team whom with an autonomous and entrepreneurial style. Your role will be heavily focused on socialising new ideas and influencing the global business on new initiatives, and automated technology tools that can support a wider business objective and return a better customer satisfaction. Excellent presentation and influencing skills are a must! As a senior member of the Global team, you will be accountable for concept strategy through to execution, helping the business to deliver on end-to-end customer experience, audience segmentation, customer engagement, data insights and loyalty lifecycle programs that result in commercial success. Reporting into a well-respected and forward thinking CMO, who joined the business only recently with customers at the heart of her role, this will be a key hire for the team where you will be given full autonomy across your remit and a strong leadership team to lean on for support. Day to day responsibilities of the Head of CRM will include: - Partnering with the US leadership team to support the CRM and Customer strategy across the global business; to develop the company's audience segmentation, customer engagement, data insights and loyalty lifecycle programs that result in commercial success - To be part of the global customer insights team working on the implementation of the international roadmap - Responsible for leading a team of three functional specialists across customer insights to provide content, reporting and deliverables across different tools and systems as well as launching weekly campaigns - Introducing a multichannel approach to CRM and optimising multiple touchpoints - Developing a multi-product strategy to reach the right customers at the right times, working closely with product, technology, and compliance - Channel budget management, forecasting and assisting the wider team in the new business case development & implementation - Evangelising the customer need by having a good understanding of the marketplace Background and experience: - Bachelor's degree from a top tier University - Proven record of successfully leading the planning and execution of CRM strategies for large subscriber bases within digital, consumer businesses - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to a global, senior audience on Customer Insights and Strategy - Highly numerate with good Excel skills, coupled with an excellent attention to detail - Comfortable with data system integration strategy, ESP's, Omni-channel marketing, online commerce and content marketing skills - A proven track record of successfully delivering results through multi-touch customer lifecycles - Proficient at managing budgets, projects and using complex analytics - Highly commercial mindset with ability to see a helicopter view - Experience hiring and coaching key talent within your team, installing a Marketing- centric culture.
