Dynamics CRM Administrator, Central London, £30K Dynamics CRM Administrator, Central London, £30,000, global company, annual bonus, international travel & training opportunities, MS 365 projects Working as a Dynamics CRM Administrator in a state of the art Central London facility, you will command a varied role ranging rom system administration, user support, training and assisting various project teams. Additionally you will have the opportunity to work on a global Dynamics 365 upgrade project, liaising with various overseas offices. You will have the chance to truly progress and build your presence within this organisation with opportunities to coordinate with 3rd party suppliers and have influence on future technology investments for the business. To apply for this role you should have: - Experience as an administrator working with Dynamics CRM, ideally versions 2013 and later. - 1st line support experience with Dynamics CRM as well experience creating users, setting up dashboards and editing workflows. - User training experience including hosting webinars, leading one to one and group sessions and producing training material. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
