My client are a high growth technology and retail business, specifically they build and develop deal comparison SaaS services. They are very much about the customer and they are a business that ensures they are offering their customers the right options! So if you have proven experience of running a helpdesk then this could be just the role you are looking for!

The role:
This is a pivotal position within the organisation, you will be responsible for owning all application support activities whilst acting as a main point of contact for all senior stakeholders. There are some major changes being made within the organisation so you will be a key player within these.

So what are they looking to do and what are these changes?
*Overhaul their support process for all digital applications web, mobile and instore.
*Scale up their technology teams.
*Migrate new and existing applications to AWS!

Key skills and experience:
*Previous experience of running a helpdesk.
*Strong background in Technology (software development/testing)
*Strong stakeholder management experience.
*Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
*Experience of working with working in an Agile environment.
*Full understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery.
