Your new company


My client are well known and reputed organisation in Hull.


They are seeking a purchase ledger clerk to join their existing team.

Your new role

Within this role you will process all purchase invoices in accordance with set procedures and to a set timetable.

You will manage approx 500 Invoices per month covering 700 Purchase Orders.

Ensure all invoices and purchase orders are authorised in accordance with the Financial Authorities limits.

You will create or assist others in the creation of purchase orders. Assist in Purchase Order system training - SAGE 50 Deal with supplier queries.

You will also manage all filing of processed, pending and disputed invoices. Manage the stationery requirements of all departments

Carry out general accounting duties as required

Any other duties commensurate with the post.
