JOB TITLE: Content Coordinator LOCATION: London SALARY/RATE AND BENEFITS: £Competitive YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite IDEALLY YOU ALSO BE: Organised with good planning and time management skills COMPANY INFORMATION: Scottish Power UK ROLE INFORMATION: Collation and tailoring of content from various sources to support : * Provide project details related to key milestones, events and media * Key role in production of material for executive meetings (Management Update, Project Status Update & Ad Hoc). Responsible for collation, input, review, formatting of information from numerous sources in a timely manner to support meetings. * Support the production of monthly reports. Responsible for collation, sanity check, formatting of package, functional and overall monthly reports. * Expediting, collation, input, formatting of project photographs from across the project for reporting. * Generally managing visual content and supporting preparation for ad-hoc meetings with senior management, local stakeholder events / newsletters, suppliers meeting, project events, etc. * Coordinating, formatting and presenting inputs for project information area's fixed and moving images. * Preparing up to date presentations including photographs, info-graphics for business updates held every two months * Provide project details related to key milestones, events and media. Provide information and necessary support to Project Management and Communications teams regard these events. * Managing resource & stakeholder distribution lists Key Deliverables 1. Professional project reporting in a timely manner as identified in responsibilities 2. Custodian of project visual content 3. Managing resource & stakeholder distribution lists Key Criteria 1. Essential: Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook 2. Essential : Personal characteristics a. Organised with good planning and time management skills b. Persistent and self-motivated c. Strong communicator, able to communicate with team members at all levels d. Able to work under time constrained pressures 3. Preferable: Offshore Wind Experience Key Interfaces 1. Directly reporting to Project Functions Manager with a key interface as SPR Communications 2. Project Director 3. Project Management Team 4. All Windfarm and Grid (OFTO) Package Managers and sub team as required; 5.
