GTM Sales Academy is the in-house training division that supports the Management, Sales, Marketing and Product Trainer teams that make up our Go To Market division. GTM Sales Academy empowers individuals and teams to develop skills, evolve approach and increase knowledge to ensure that together we achieve excellence, provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience, and achieve revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support GTM Leaders and Champions to manage and measure Post Learning Implementation Plans to ensure that learning progresses through the 70:20:10 model and that extra development support is provided where necessary
  • Deliver training sessions, facilitate development workshops, and providing coaching and real-time performance support in both F2F and Virtual environments
  • Share in the ownership of Communication and Promotion of GTM Sales Academy activity, support and success stories via a number of channels
  • Share in the creation of 'self-learning' materials such as infographics, guides, videos and exercise activities
  • Managing the requirements and expectations of multiple stakeholders across LexisNexis to ensure cross department collaboration in achieving sensible goals and learning outcomes
  • Share in the planning, delivery and management of regular GTM wide offsite Development Events
  • Share in the administrative responsibilities such as training logistics, reporting and communication
  • Demonstrate and evidence the ROI gained from training and development activity
  • Contribute opinion, assessment and evaluation to help with planning of future training curriculum for Product, Tools & Process, Skillset training


The successful candidate should have:
  • A passion for Learning and Development
  • Degree level or equivalent industry experience
  • The drive and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Experience Of Directly or Indirectly managing others and delegation
  • Evidence commercial experience and demonstrate knowledge of various Sales and Marketing methodologies and the impact they can have on revenue and customer experience
  • Ability to use knowledge of the audience and their needs to advocate for new ideas and projects that will 'move the needle' for our audience
  • Be adaptable to change, self-motivated, and able to act independently to prioritise and meet deadlines.
